CANCELLATION POLICY
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY We kindly ask that all clients respect our time and the time reserved specifically for you. • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled service time. • Cancellations made within 12 hours or less, as well as no-shows, will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • The cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid prior to booking your next appointment. • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. By booking an appointment with The Tanning Zone, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
